Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ram.eco website and all related services ("Services") operated by LLC “Biosil” under the RAM brand. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Website

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the website.
  • Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission from RAM.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order or registering an account.

3. Products and Orders

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, violation of these Terms, or pricing/availability errors.
  • Prices may change without prior notice. The final price is shown at checkout.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product information, but colors and packaging may vary slightly from images.

4. Payment

All payments on ram.eco are processed by Sole Proprietor Andrii Duyko. Payments are handled via secure systems integrated with Shopify. Payment data (such as card numbers) are processed by payment providers — we do not store them on our servers.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Summary:

  • Orders are shipped the next business day after full payment.
  • Domestic deliveries are handled by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
  • Free shipping in Ukraine for orders over 4000 UAH.

6. Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will review your request and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. To initiate a return, provide photos and your order number. Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ram.eco (texts, photos, logos, designs, materials) is the property of LLC “Biosil” or used under license. Any copying, publishing, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of the site.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation but strive to ensure reliability.
  • We are not liable for the actions of third parties (delivery carriers, payment processors, etc.).

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which manages checkout and payment processes. By using our site, you also agree to the Shopify Terms of Service.
